The Hero XF3R comes with two different riding modes, however details about these modes are not out yet. The street-fighter is built on a tubular trellis frame with features such as digital instrument console, standard ABS, Pirelli tyres, split seats, DRLs above the headlamp and overall minimalist design.

The braking department consists of disc brakes on both wheels while the Hero XF3R is suspended by inverted telescopic forks upfront and a monoshock unit at the rear and it comes with a single-sided die-cast swingarm. The bike comes with high tail exhaust and twin canisters.

According to import reports, Hero imported 25 prototypes from the United States of which 21 were fitted with 249.8cc engines while the rest 4 models were fitted with 124cc motors. The 249cc bikes were categorised in three different body types that is expected to include a street-fighter, a fully faired bike and an adventure motorcycle.
