The MGP30 will be used in the upcoming Moto3 season

Mahindra Racing became the only Indian constructor at the Moto3 World Championship in 2011 while the 2015 season was the manufacturer’s third time. In the upcoming season, Mahindra will participate with its new MGP30 bike unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo. The bike will be given to the factory Team Aspar that consists of Jorge Martin (18, SPA) and Pecco Bagnaia (19, ITA) and the three customer teams namely the Outox Reset Drink Team, Team CIP and the MTA Team Italia, all of them participating with two riders each.

The Mahindra MGP30 is powered by an all-new 4-stroke, 250cc engine which is claimed to result in better power delivery and increased top speed. It is built on an aluminium perimeter frame with adjustable swing arm pivot position and adjustable steering head. The braking department is handled by Brembo dual discs on the front wheel and a similar Brembo single disc at the rear. The suspension setup consists of Ohlix TTX upside down front forks and an Ohlix TTX shock absorber at the rear.
