Bajaj Auto has now made the Pulsar 200 NS available in Delhi. The company has priced the Pulsar 200 NS at Rs. 85,000/- (ex-showroom, Delhi), which equates to an on-road price of Rs. 94,300/-. Bookings have started and deliveries will take place on first come first serve basis. Delhi Bajaj showrooms have the Pulsar 200 NS on display already. Bajaj Auto has chosen to do a phased launch of the Pulsar 200 NS across India. The company will soon be offering the Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS in other cities in India. The Pulsar 200 NS is expected to be available Pan India by August.
The Pulsar 200 NS has a lot ridding on it. It is Bajaj’s most ambitious product till date, bringing a host of new features and technology to India’s most popular motorcycle. With the Pulsar 200 NS hitting showrooms, Bajaj Auto has started testing of the fully faired version of the Pulsar 200, which will be called the Pulsar 200 SS (Super Sports). The Pulsar 200 SS will have a slightly higher top speed by around 3-4 km/h. It will be geared slightly differently to extract more punch at higher speeds.
When Bajaj Auto launched the KTM Duke 200, the company had mentioned that the prices are introductory. However with the Pulsar 200 NS, Bajaj has clearly stated that the prices are fixed and won’t be hiked in the near future. Delhi is the first state outside of Maharashtra to get the Pulsar 200 NS and one can expect Bangalore to be the next city to get the Pulsar 200 NS. Prospective Pulsar 200 NS buyers should head to their nearest Bajaj showroom and book the bike, irrespective of whether its launched in their city or not.

Pulsar 200 SS full faired is FAKE news !
Faisal Khan June 28, 2012 at 12:31 pm
Aryan, it is not. We have spoken to Bajaj officials at the launch and they said work is in progress. Sources have also informed us that the SS variant is under test at their plant.
Aryan June 28, 2012 at 4:28 pm
lets see after 6 months who is right ??? 200 cc ss was never in pipeline
Faisal Khan June 30, 2012 at 2:09 am
Aryan, I am not aware about that. I am just conveying what Bajaj said at the 200 NS launch.
sukanth June 28, 2012 at 3:59 pm

Hi Faisal sir, dont u think banning IP of such “dirty fanhaters” would be good for MB. Or u dont have the technology? Actually it can be easily done by storing the ip in a database on a server side programming. Pls increase d quality of MB Faisal sir by banning ips. Only enthusiasts should be allowed
@viky, cheapo however u shout even more v’l lov bajaj.
Faisal Khan June 28, 2012 at 10:59 pm
We have been observing these comments lately, and degradation remarks towards any product or brand is not going to go down so easily. If someone has valid things to share, its more than welcome. But Viky is coming up with generic comments, which add no meaning. We are working on it Manty, don’t worry ;-)
Manty Ahmed June 28, 2012 at 11:26 pm
thanks I greatly appreciate this. Would love to see it soon.
Aryan June 29, 2012 at 9:57 am

Viky June 29, 2012 at 10:03 am
I can see the frustation of bajaj fans…lol.
and can any ans what happened to 220 fi ?
Aryan June 29, 2012 at 10:50 am
220 fsi costed more than 1 lac which people like u can’t afford to buy it… for ur information bajaj is exporting 22o fsi in latin america, & people there can afford it & the bike is sold in big volumes.
Viky u r a live example of illiteracy.
Tarun June 29, 2012 at 3:14 pm
Hi All, the on-road price as quoted by Dewan Bajaj, New Delhi is 95,600 (another 5K extra for Yellow) and not 94,300. Can anyone clarify re the difference? is 200NS available @ any other dealer(s) ?
Aryan June 29, 2012 at 4:12 pm
@Tarun…. yes dude the yellow colour itself is very costly bajaj can’t do anything. only few peole love yellow colour who can fetch 5k more for it. try another colour.
Tarun June 29, 2012 at 6:37 pm
@Aryan: ya but I think its unfair, makes the cost go over a lakh just for a color preference… will have to wait for some time i guess.
Aryan June 30, 2012 at 9:09 am
@ Tarun… Its unfair from Paint manufacturer not Bajaj, the cost of paint will be transferred to customers from paint manufacturer.
Faisal Khan June 30, 2012 at 2:14 am
Tarun, the on-road price was the one shared by Bajaj at the launch.
Saad June 30, 2012 at 5:24 pm
