Bajaj Pulsar 220 Still A Hot Buy!

Bajaj Pulsar 220 Wallpaper

With the increasing demand for performance bikes having good looks, the demand for fuel efficient bikes has decreased tremendously in all these heavy motorcycling years. The period between 2005-2012 has been most fruitful for motorcycle manufacturers introducing many new faces in the Indian motorcycle industry. As fast bike riders or performance bikers always look forward to the motorcycle power output as well as the looks, one of the ever favorite bikes is Bajaj Pulsar 220, not forgetting the budget in hand.

The motorcycle measuring the highest sales among all the other Bajaj Pulsars is the Bajaj Pulsar 220. The bike undoubtedly possess some of the most distinct and captivating features with a complete macho appearance attracting a huge number of customers in this price range. Even after the launch of the Pulsar 200 NS, the Pulsar 220 continues to attract buyers. The P220 has a very vocal engine and excellent headlight throw thanks to the use of a projector. It returns between 35 – 40 km/l mileage depending on the riding style.

This evergreen Motorcycle possesses not only good looks, but also good power output of almost 21 PS with an efficient 220 cc engine and having decent performance figures, keeping low on the price of well under a lakh. Although this bike was launched quite a long time from now and you might have already read much about it and seen hundreds of pictures of this great motorcycle, but still I could not resist my desire to do a good shoot of it. So, here are the pics. I hope you all like them.

Thanks faisal for such a pleasant review and Pics. Nice to know my bike is selling like hot cakes. 90K on road with 21PS with so many goodies. The next bike I would desire is KTM 390. The best thing I liked about this bike is it never goes out of breath even at higher rpm and you can endlessly ride above 100+ if road permits. I have ridden many bikes but this one I feel is the all rounder. Worst experience I had was with CBR who engine gets heated up very quickly and body rattles after doing 80+. I didn’t find any pickup difference between with my bike. Honda should bring some competitive good bike rather than making dupe and charging tons.

The silencer should have been painted black. It looks ugly in the metallic looks as it is long and bulky than the rear part itself.

@Mrittun Joy.. You are absolutely right. This is an August 2009 Model kept like a baby still. I am soon putting on fully nickeled shiny silvery Exhaust and a broader rear tyre Continental Contigo 140 on it. Will post some high quality shots soon with the upgrades. :))

@Faisal.. I want to see Motorbeam logos on the pics Please if possible. Thanks.
