Garware Motors has started dealerships across the country known as Garware Superbiking. The concept is very similar to Bajaj Probiking but the experience is very different. Get into the showroom and you will notice a large amount of bikes on display. When we went to the showroom we saw a total of seven Hyosung motorcycles on display. There were two Hyosung ST7s and five Hyosung GT650Rs on display. Both the bikes were present in every colour. You can touch, feel and even sit on the bikes to get to know them better. We had recently gone to a Bajaj Probiking showroom and the showroom guy told us that photography is not allowed. Further more touching the Ninja is an absolute no-no!
At the Garware Superbiking showroom, the showroom guy urged us to go ahead and snap the bikes for as long as we wanted. He even told us that we should sit on the bikes and get some good shots with the Hyosung machines. Further, he even encouraged us to post the pictures on Facebook. He then left us to do our thing with the bikes. Now this attitude is simply fantastic by the company, because not everyone can afford to buy a motorcycle which costs upwards of Rs. 5 lakhs. By encouraging visitors to touch, feel and sit on the bikes, Hyosung is certainly not losing anything. They are just giving enthusiasts a chance to get closer to such dream machines.
The Hyosung GT650R is priced at Rs. 5.4 lakhs, while the Hyosung ST7 is priced at Rs. 6.4 lakhs (all prices on-road, Pune).
Garware Motors offers some interesting services to Hyosung customers.

Well done by garware! they can definitely garner more public appreciation and consequently sales via this strategy of customer involvement and friendliness.
Bajaj is yet to learn what the art of selling is! it is still in pre independence- apartheid era when it comes to Ninja sales effort/interaction!
they will shoo the visitors away from the BIKe!!waiting for a Gora babu to come with money and book the ninja, then they will bend over backwards in “salam sahib”! poor Bajaj leadership actually, can’t blame the staff. they never learnt what they were never taught! simple.
very rightly said, gar ware sales staff is very friendly and makes u feel at home. bajaj whereas does not let u even come close the ninja!
It is simple because Kawasaki is a proven brand in India and Hyosung has yet to make itself a brand.
More and more competition ….. Enjoying Customer care enhancing !! :-D
