May 5th, 2009 at 8:55 am
thanx fas for the info… but yaar why they are chargin Rs.5000 more… it’s just the graphics and the alloy wheels are red in colour which have been upgraded in the limited edition hunk. are u sure they would charge Rs.5000 more for limited edition hunk??? so this means the exact price of limited edition hunk would be around 64k……
May 5th, 2009 at 1:26 pm
hi friends they are not charging Rs 5000/ for limited edition. it is only Rs 1000 costly.
but it doesnot look good in red painted wheels. looks like a khichdi over bike.
May 5th, 2009 at 11:00 pm
Sam, sorry but I guess they are charging 1000 more and not 5000 (Thanks Pradeep) However its not worth it because the red looks horrible.
May 6th, 2009 at 9:24 am
thanx pradeep & fas for the useful info…. Yeah even i dont like the red paint given to it’s alloy wheels.. i feel black painted alloy wheels would hav been fine….leaving apart the red alloy wheels, the limited edition hunk looks awesome.

Sam, I have ridden the Hunk and its a very good bike. Hero Honda quality is top notch and you will never have issues with the bike. I had a Pulsar but currently waiting for the new Pulsar 220.

hey guys u made me excited about hunk i was planning to go for pulsar i prefer performance and reliability i came to no from u all tat hunk is for people like me but 1 thing which scares me is hunk’s presence in market we hardly get to see a hunk on streets wat if the company stops the model or comes up with a upgraded version it will be a big problem for us regarding service and spares, now if i buy a i would keep it for some 6-7 years not more than 8 i dont care wat others buy all i want is a good bike.

Vishwanath, the Hunk is a fantastic machine. You need not worry about a new model because there is none in the pipeline. You need not worry about phasing out the Hunk, because Hero Honda never phases out bikes. You need not worry about resale because HH bikes give good mileage and hence hold their resale well. You need not worry about a new model, because a new model from Hero Honda has new stickers and red alloys. So you can go ahead get the Hunk.

Superb bike, i hav got 1, mileage 53-56 km/ltr. Limited edition hunk totally sucks, i waited 4 three mths to get a silver hunk, smooth drive, less of vibration ,gud handling. But 1 thing , pillion rider is 2much comfortable on his/her seat, so no chances of ur gf or any other girl falling on ur back………..
May 26th, 2009 at 10:36 pm
Sachin, you need to brake unexpectedly for chance pe dance.
