oh man!! the instrument console is a pure copy of Dazzler!! oppss.. i forgot the ‘color change’.. i pity these HH guys.. they dont invest in R&D.. entirely dependent on Honda.. i see a fading cloud on HH.. there days are numbered if this trend continues..

Hi all,
Hero Honda Hunk is not an unsuccessful bike, it just got prey to consumers ignorance. Bike is super kool. It gives superb riding comfort and comes with great looks. Apache and Dazeller look good but those look very small, for boys. Hunk is for the Hunks in the town those who want to enjoy the ride and attract attention. The new Hunk is in at Hyderabad, i saw it and will buy it very soon. Please stop comparing Apache and Dazzler with it. Pulsar is the worst bike and you find that after 1.5 years of riding. I had that for 2.5Y and sold for 28K, HHH is with me for 2Y 3M and still i cant stop falling in love with it when i ride this.
December 14, 2010 at 6:47 pm
and yes i dont feel a need for the Rear Disk brake for the HHH and neither for the Apache or Dazzler. The new HHH with red colour will grab the market and will pin other competitors too, just wait and watch.

I am an owner of HH HUNK for the last one year. Awesome bike indeed, but like other Hero Honda bikes it also suffers from the non availability of spare parts. Already the sprocket wheel and drive chain have become faulty and when I complained that why it happened only after riding 12,000 kms. in a year, they remained dumb. They are the HH personnel. I live in Kolkata. Here it is very difficult to get spare parts like mud guard, drive chain, sprocket, side indicators, forks, clip on handle bar, foot pedal, etc…. Can you imagine where Hero Honda, self-proclaiming the number one internationally in selling two-wheelers, ultimaly is leading us to? If they do not manufacture spare parts, then they should also stop manufacturing the bikes also.

Even after 2nd service i am getting 54-55 kmpl mileage on my new HUNK. And i was worried that no kick start, but even in cold mornings and rainy days it starts crisp at the first click of the starter. wow Herohonda awesome job with this bike.

@Sudipta Das: Hi, they will be producing parts, its just that some dealers are too lazy to order the parts. So what i d suggest you to do is, go to few more HEROHONDA SERIVCE CENTERS in your city, they ll surely take the request. Don’t go to the dealer showroom, go to the SERVICE CENTERS. Still if you don’t get the proper response, then you can always complain to the regional office about the non availability of parts in your city. Here in Bangalore i dont see any issue regarding non availability of parts. Herohonda is the best bike maker, keep trust in them.
