Honda has upgraded the 125cc Shine with the launch of the CB Shine. The CB Shine now complies with the new emission norms which went into effect yesterday. It also features viscous air filter and maintenance free battery. With all upgrades it is compulsory to add new graphics and the CB Shine doesn’t disappoint there either with its new ‘edgy graphics’. The Shine Kick-Drum-Spoke is priced at Rs. 51,407/-, Shine Self-Disc-Alloy is priced at Rs. 59,484/- and the Shine Self-Drum-Alloy is priced at Rs. 56,021/- (all prices, on-road Mumbai).

You forgot to mention 3D ‘HONDA’ Emblem, which was USP of Unicorn, Is now included in CB Shine. Now CB Shine really shines!

Pranav. I am really sorry for missing out the most important feature of the new Shine :p
About the full forms, I think Chetan is right, although there is no confirmed answer to your question. Some say CB is for Crashes Badly because it weighs more. Whereas CBR means Cant Be Repaired or Crashed Beyond Recognition due to its high speed capability. RR could mean Road Rash.

@ fas,
Was it a sarcastic sorry? :P
But i really think that 3D Emblem now gives shine a premium look.. It really addsup to its class.
I heard that CBF means, Cheap to keep, Built to last, Fun to run.. Dunno if its true, Cant company officials be contacted for the fullforms? It really feels weird if you dont know what your bike’s name exactly means :S
