Honda has unveiled the new CBF 125 at Intermot Colonge. The bike is same as the one sold in India except a few styling changes and fuel ignition. The CBF125 uses a single cylinder 125cc 4 stroke engine which is fueled by electronic injection and compiles with Euro 3 norms. The FI version of the CBF Stunner produces 11bhp and 11NM of torque, similar to the non-FI Indian version.

Sarang, the Hunk is a better bet of the two. It looks good, handling and mileage is top notch. The Pulsar 150 will not come look like the P200 but will look like the P180.

  4. Sarang Says:

Thanks, but as i drive my friend’s p150 it feels so heavy and risky handling does this feeling also comes with hunk as it is some heavier than pulsar. I havent driven hunk yet but driven cbz-x it feels better than pulsar.

Sarang, the Hunk feels way better than the Hunk. Why don’t you take a test drive. Also you can check out the Yamaha FZ16 and the Suzuki GS150R.

i’m from kathmandu, nepal.i got the black stunner three months ago. its great at mileage as i travel more than 50km a day on my way to college and 1ltr fuel is enough for me. handling is good, but headlight don’t move during turns, night riding in narrow and 90degrees alleys is little tricky. speed good for a 125cc engine. But the chain makes some sound as it frequently touches the chain cover. I tried to remove the cover of the bike but my mechanic suggested me not to do so as the chain chain is thin or smaller in the bike and so is the sprocket. so makin to open will damage the chain. and i find some vibrations over 70kmph.don’t know if its same with others. overall a STUNNING bike.
but i’d have been too much happy if i had got the FI version.

The bike is perfect but Honda Should have brought in a 150cc or they should have added more tech to the bike.

They just forgot we demand more, they may have other plans.

We can Expect a replacing model to the gentle man bike Unicorn and Shine.
Well! It is worth the wait…….

    Hi…
dis is Raj. Its been 1 month i have bought dis bike. and its already giving me a average of 50+ km pr ltr. as far as the looks are concerned i dont think that any bike can stand near my Stunner in 125 cc segment.
average is good, looks are deaadly..perfomance is good… what else a man can want from a bike? that too 125cc!!!!
i m really glad that i chose dis bike as ma first bike!!!!

  15. Ernest Says:

    I too own a Stunner. It’s been 3 months. Standard mileage 47.

    Acceleration best in its class..

What i felt is, if it were a 150cc we can be confident on speeds above 60km/hrs -coz i felt a little out of control at 60Km/hrs.

if it were a 150cc then the enjoyment would be uncompromising..
It would have swept the 150-160cc segment in one big blow..
    DON’T U THINK..

I also own a old Hero Honda CBZ so i know the definition of perfection HONDA is capable of.

Surely U can expect a mind blowing road king form HONDA.
    So lets wait and see…….

hello,, im an owner of cbf stunner since last 7 months. all my 4 free services are over. It was a sort of gambling that i bought a bike which had not established itself in the market.but i proudly state that i have got whatever i have expected from the bike. i just had believed in honda’s quality but i was not mistaken.
i am using the normal petrol(not extra premium or speed),, and i am getting 65km per 50rs in my local routes and about 70 in highways. initially,, it was only 50. but it gradually increased after each service.. one should remember that going above 60kmph obviously decreases the mileage..
i have also seen the mileage tests done in the showroom with an average of 65,, which the company has promised.
i have used my bike for long distance runs(250km at a stretch) in the first month, and have also reached 95kmph speed, with no mishaps.
disadvantages: back portion is higher than the pulsar 200,, so its difficult for older people to get on it.on rainy days,, dirt from the road falls on the leg of the back seater if ur speeding.
Overall the bike is a perfect made for a 125cc segment. i surely vote for it.

stunner surely has got the looks but performance , discover is far better. major disability of this bike is that it doesn’t have the ability to hold on to high speeds for much longer. in 125cc segment -bajaj discover is the best.

  23. kuldeep Says:

    hi it’s Kuldeep.
I own a stunner from last 18 months
I’m little short of 20,000 km and i’ve got average of 50+ for all those 20000 kms.
Regarding problems, this bike hadn’t caused me one penny more than that is required for servicing.
Overall it’s pretty sexy bike with awesome looks and good acceleration.
Every week, I travel from pune to kalyan and vice versa which is around 140 km’s. Also, stunner can easily goes upto 100 km/hr for only rider.
With pillion it can reach upto 90 to 95 km/hr without any difficulty.
So I recommend this bike for one and all cause it’s really a “value for money ” bike.

And for those who complain abt digitalisation and all…..

    ” ITNA PAISA ME. ITNAHICH MILEGA….” :)

Hii all. I was planning to buy the new version of the stunner i.e PGM-FI but m not sure if it is realy value for money..i was willin to buy the bike because of its mileage but is the mileage really 65knph as the company claims never match the actuals…and the bike costs 76000 in mumbai (on road) and I have yet not seen even a single CBF Stunner PGM-FI on Mumbai roads. Moreover, It doesnt even have a Digital Speedometer, nor a Tachometer atleast that was expected wit hso much of rise in Price

Jag, the CBF Stunner FI will give you around 60kmpl. Yes its very overpriced and doesn’t even have many features which cheaper bikes carry. Get the Suzuki GS150R instead, which is a very good bike.

Nishant, the CBF Stunner FI is a good bike and will give you around 60kmpl but it costs alot and doesn’t seem worth the price. You can get the Suzuki GS150R which is a fantastic bike. Lack of kick is not an issue as these bikes come with maintenance free batteries.

    Hi Guys .
i am a owner of this bike for 8 + months ..i had to make a decision
to go for a pulsar or honda stunner 125cc.but u was more concerned about the look and wanted the feel of karizma and avrage of splender.
To get all this in one bike was difficult but the came honda stunner
to my rescue. The way the bike picks up speed is good enough to challange the pulsar 150cc old and new . i had drove my bike for 300km
to shirdi in a streach and bike performed quite well and was a pleasure to ride.
    ***Lacks***
digi speedometer, and a rear diskbreak or if not that 150cc allesat

Raj, thanks for your warm comments. Maintenance of any Honda vehicle is reasonable and so is the case with the Stunner. You should go ahead with kick start with disc brake as that seems the best option. The bike comes with 2 years / 30,000kms warranty, which ever is earlier.
