Honda Motorcycle would build a second production plant in India with an annual capacity of 6,00,000 units for a total investment of Rs 4.7 billion. The company will be expanding its existing capacity to 1.55 million units by the end of this month from the current 1.25 million units and expects the new plant to become operational from the second half of 2011.
