Honda Motorcycle launched the CB Unicorn Dazzler in Mumbai at Intercontinental, the Lalit. The company has priced the CB Unicorn Dazzler at Rs. 67,080 (ex-showroom, Mumbai) and the bike is available in only one variant – self start with dual disc brakes. The company has targeted the bike at youngsters and college students and has focused on performance along with good mileage (60 kmpl claimed). We had a small test ride of the Dazzler and we found the bike impressive. The slight increase in power is noticeable and the bike picks up at low speeds with more enthusiasm.
As promised here we asked Honda President & CEO Mr. Shinji Aoyama questions.
1. Pranav had asked - “Honda has costliest But most powerful bike in 100cc segment : CB TWISTER. Honda has costliest But most powerful bike in 125cc segment : CBF STUNNER. Then why didn’t they maintained this in 150cc , with this model? Like, CB DAZZLER WITH HIGHEST BHPs ?
Answer from Honda – The CB Unicorn Dazzler has more power and higher top speed than the regular Unicorn. We are targeting the bike to the youth and we think this amount of power is very good for the target market. We know they always want more and we always try to give our customers the best.
2. Amit asked – “Why they are not launching any new products like any 250cc bike.”
Answer from Honda – Currently we are not planning to launch any 200cc bike but yes we are planning to get into higher cc segment and will do so accordingly. We want to compete in the 150cc above bikes and are currently contemplating the products to be launched in this segment.
Our opinion on the CB Unicorn Dazzler : -
- It is priced very well. For Rs. 4,000/- premium over the regular Unicorn it offers digital instrumentation and rear disc brakes.
- The digital instrumentation is one of the best we have seen on a 150cc bike, the revv counter goes all the way till 11,000 rpm at start up.
- The Dazzler offers slightly more power than the Unicorn and that is a boon on low speeds.
- Quality is excellent. Some thing which we now take for granted from a Honda.
- The CB Unicorn under cuts the Yamaha Fazer by a significant price.
- Maintenance free battery means no need of top ups and you won’t miss kick start.
- The CB Dazzler will sell like hot cakes, its a very good bike and probably the best 150cc bike in the country.
- Some very interesting colours on offer.

Wakeup Guys! Dont write anything baseless!
Is it one of the best digital instrumentation u have seen in a 150 CC bike??? LOL.
Shame! A Bajaj XCD cluster would beat this cluster! Will it ever come near an Apache cluster?
Best 150 CC bike in the country???? on what aspects??? Absurd!
Performance? – will it beat a R15? or even FZ?
Pricing? – You have Discover 150CC at ~47k
Mileage? – You never know that at this point!
Styling? – Its just a mod up for the shabby old Unicorn! WIll it match a FZ?
Dont blah blah everything you get in your mind! for it being a Honda!
Just be moderate and provide basic comments!
Dont try to escape saying it is your own opinion!
Just try to be moderate!
Dear Madhav,
Have you ever seen the Dazzler instrumentation in action? Then how can you say the XCDs are better. Apache is not a 150cc bike, it is a 160cc bike.
Best 150cc bike on the aspects of a fantastic combination of performance, mileage, comfort and quality.
Performance? – will it beat a R15? – Can you ride around a R15 whole day without getting back pains?
Pricing? – You have Discover 150CC – Can the Discover beat Honda or even come close on quality.
Styling? – Its just a mod up for the shabby old Unicorn! WIll it match a FZ? Does the FZ perform better? Does it give even close to decent mileage? Is the FZ cheap to buy?
I would appreciate if you reply back only after riding the CB Dazzler. Otherwise this whole argument is baseless.
I completely agree with you fas.
@Madhav
Well..
Dazzler’s Digi-Instru is INDEED better than XCD and Apache.
(How can u even take XCD’s name in here :P )
Best 150cc considering various aspects.
Dazzler has 0.2 bHP more than FZ
Dazzler is Cheaper than FZ
Dazzler gives way better mileage than FZ.
Honda claims sensible mileage my friend.
Stunner’s claimed mileage is 62.3 , and there are stunners giving 60+ in city conditions.
So no fake game in terms of mileage by Honda.
R15 is out of comparison here. Its very costly. And indeed pain to drive if you are commuting daily.
Bajaj is no sooner set to match with Honda’s quality, Forget about Disco150
:)
Even with all your comments, i will not accept your FIRST comment that it is the best 150 CC in the country.
Look at all the figures you have given above!!!
Its 160 CC ND NOT 150 cc…
ITS 0.2 HP more than the other bike ….and you say that u will be able to differentiate the 0.2 HP in performance!
Mileage is stated by the company …. Stunner gives 60+ in city???? I can prove you wrong!
all your comments are RELATIVE !!! not confirmative !!!
I will not get back on my comment that the cluster is BAD !
I would agree that Twister cluster is BETTER than this!
I repeat it again! I am not against Honda! I respect the Honda engine! But not the design!
I totally disagree with your claim that this is the probably best 150 CC in the country!
I dont understand how you people say that this small squarish LCD makes such a good cluster?
I am talking about the integration here!
I still cant believe that you people believe that this cluster is better than Apache’s. I would compare it only with an XCD!
Madhav is just bluffing.
I think he don’t like unicorn.nothing now can beat unicorn dazzler.
ITS 0.2 HP more than the other bike ….and you say that u will be able to differentiate the 0.2 HP in performance!
Are you talking about with respect to Unicorn? The Dazzler is .7hp up on the Unicorn. As far as the best 150cc goes, I would request you to test ride the Dazzler and comment on that.
So which is the best 150cc bike according to you? Don’t say upcoming XCD 150 :p
:) hey no yaar! I am not bluffing!
Seriously, i like the engine.
I admired the Stunner styling. But not this one.
This is better than the previous unicorn in styling front.
BUT, I WONT AGREE THAT THIS WOULD BE THE BEST 150 CC.
Styling : –
Discover looks like a frog on diet.
GS150R is a mix bag of a few bikes.
CBZ is too old
Hunk is good looking but no digital instrumentation here.
Pulsars are too common and boring.
If style be the case I would say the best looking bike is the R15, Fazer, FZ, Hunk. In that order. But overall as a package, the Honda Dazzler is the best bike in the 150cc segment. Now you tell me which bike you think is the best 150cc bike.
whatelse would you expect honda? Give those features which are already available on all bikes.. and ask for 4k premium?? Unicorn was long due for upgrade.. and all they were able to do is style it on the lines of 100cc bike Twister.. and not even 1bhp increase.. even the latest upgrade on pulsar increased it’s power by 1 bhp.. shame on Honda.. still it’s not a match to FZ on styling front.
and Fas..so you say apart from Dazzler all other bikes or either boring or not worth buying.. just because honda launched an upgrade.. you don’t need to go gaga over it..hey Pranav I remember you silly guy.. can’t get over your stunner do you?
@Pulsarboy
LOL , Stunner still ranks top in 125cc segment, What’s my fault? What should i do? :P
And btw,
I mean, seriously, Cmon Pulsarboy and Madhav, Tell me best 150cc according to you. (Just 150 and no 160 180 , and basically no R15, cuz we all know by definition, its best 150cc)
For me, Dazzler wins !
Sorry for Double post,
But 4k increase is TOTALLY justified.. No issues about that,
Take any bike, consider difference between drum and disc version,
The price difference is surely 3.5k to 4k.
Here you are getting:
1) A rear disc brake kit.
2) Digital Instru. Panel.
3) Way better and aggressive looks.
4)*Tubeless Tyres* <- (This most people forget to consider, Cuz CB Unicorn has TuffUp-Tube and not tubeless ones.)
4K is 100% Justified. Any youngster who is comfortable with rear disc, and wants to buy super-refined Uni, then Dazzler is for him, 4K addition is Nothing..
I still say, they should have kept an option of buying Dazzler without rear disc. Cuz many of us are not that comfortable with rear disc, And is risky if not handled properly.
Hi Pranav,
I totally agree with you. Wat about the smoothness, comfort and the safety in the unicorn Dazzler? Same as CB unicorn?
@Sathyanarayanan
Smoothness:
Smoothness will be same, or might be little less at the cost of powertuning, FAS will be able to tell you more, cuz he has droven the Dazzlera already, im going for a testdrive today :P
Comfort:
Maybe more comfortable due to bar-end weights, And 8kg lesser weight than CB unicorn.
Safety: Indeed safer than CB Unicorn because of rear disc brake. But only if you knowhow to operate it, otherwise.. :P
Also in my previous post, i would like to add 5th point to consider dazzler over unicorn and to justify 4k price increase is:
5) 0.7 bhp increase + 8kg reduced weight = PerformanceBoost.
Pulsarboy – FYI the Twister is styled on a 250cc bikes so if the Dazzler looks like the Twister, is int it a good thing?
Bajaj might even increase 10bhp on the Pulsar but that is not the point. Do you buy a 150cc bike for performance alone? If you want performance look at the R15, ZMR and P220.
I never said all other bikes are boring or not worth buying, all bikes are worth buying at that price for the needs of the buyer, e.g a person looking purely for style should get the FZ, a person looking purely at performance should opt for the R15. I hope you get my point.
And its a request to you pulsarboy, if you dont agree with some ones opinion, its perfectly ok but calling some one silly for buying a Stunner, Pulsar or Unicorn is taking this too personal. Common we all are friends and we are just having constructive discussions, not getting personal here. Now pulsarboy, which Pulsar do you own? And how has been your Bajaj experience so far?
wow only one thing missed in dazzler is a fuel injection with an increase in bhp, , otherwise everything is served, after dazzler the next is apache rtr 160 efi, it has got all equipments in it!is anyone abusing honda?better watch your words!honda is the future.
All I can see here is blind faith in any brand non-Honda… Those who don’t own a Unicorn or a Hoda bike will never know why Honda is superior to its competition and no.1 worldwide… Yes, I said No.1 WORLDWIDE…
Honda has a parking lot as big as Yamaha’s factory… And thats the reality…
Now coming to the point…
The digital console on the Dazzler, which is the bone of contention here, is much neater than that of any of the Bajaj consoles… For the simple reason that it has a classy finish… It is as big as that of the FZ and as clear…
Performance wise, Honda has done its homework properly and improved the performance just that right amount so as not to ruin engine refinement..
COnsidering that this is the only “affordable” 150cc bike with a rear disc, its a feather in the Honda cap… The R15 certainly isn’t affordable…
In terms of best, I cannot comment because the Unicorn, Dazzler, GS150R and FZ are all pretty good although for its performance, the mileage of the FZ is pathetic… Bajaj is light years behind any of these bikes owing to the fact that it lacks severely in engine refinement despite 5 “UGs”…
As for the Discover 150, its a pathetic testament to a company desperate to make money without bothering about good quality and long term reliability for its customers… Yes, its cut throat business at its worst and to such an extent that a person who buys a Bajaj bike, in less than 3 months says, “Oh I wish I had waited! I knew they’d bring out an upgrade”…
The bottom line is that the taste of the pudding lies in the eating…Those who are anti Honda without owning one, will always be so… Its pennywise pound foolish for those who want to believe that Bajaj is value for money.. Even TVS with a tad higher pricing is better than Bajaj…
come on guys stop arguing, instead hop on for a test ride of the new dazzler, and then the people who are arguing will surely like the way the dazzler takes them over, this is Hondas way of approach, no bluffing just feel the pleasure by yourself by taking a ride.
Its just another 150cc bike. A necessary upgrade that the old unicorn desperately needed. Nothing new. Nothing to get excited about. Being launched by honda doesnt make it the best. Its not the best performing, its not the best looking, its not the most fuel efficient, its not the most feature rich and its not the cheapest in the 150cc segment. So please. Forget the brand name and assess the product. And if u blind honda fans r still dying to add the word ‘best’ to its name, lets say it has the best quality or refinement or whatever but nothing else.
@ Madhav u r 100% right …
Nothing is special in this bike …
Honda already have a poor resale value of Unicorn & Shine as well ..
Performance & look wise i can say Cbz xtreme & Hunk are much better ..
The Engine of the Hero Honda is the best in the Segment.
Price is also a factor affecting dazzler ..
A person will go for FZ series of yamaha as compare to honda .
As far as Mileage of yamaha Fz series I have yamaha Fazer & easily getting the mileage of around 50+ & braking & Suspension are another good features of yamaha …
Another thing there is no need of rear disc break in 150cc.
@Vinay
OMG, So much fallacies you have..
1. Poor resale value Honda has? :O I wonder what would you call bajaj’s resale value? -_-
2. Engine of Hero Honda? Does HH even knows how to build an engine on their Own?
FYI , CBZ XTREME , HUNK, ACHIEVER USE Engine of UNICORN.
3. FZ vs Dazzler is a close fight,
Both have same power, FZ dominates in looks and no other plus point, Dazzler dominates FZ over Fuel Efficiency and Price, And a rea disc brake.
4. Your Fazer is giving 50+ ? Thats amazing if its true. If your driving style is so neat, You could takeout 60kmpl from Dazzler for sure :)
Don’t see any other company boasting about fuel efficiency in 150 cc segment apart from Honda. Others don’t even mention about it.. 150 cc segment is certainly about perfomance & looks. It’s not about engine smoothness. That’s why Apache with it’s harsher engine manages to sell more than Unicorn. And more over people buy bikes, not engines.
Yeah, Honda is no.1 worldwide..but not in India. It’s another world here. They are not even no.3 here!! so just relax. They might have done this upgrade on Unicorn and promoted it with same price.. nobody would hype up like this..same engine, not even a bhp is increased.. style it on the lines of 100cc (mind you, certainly not a good thing) and voila… you got a new product in the market. Person buying 100 cc bike might feel good coz, it’s styled on the lines of 150cc.. but 150cc buyer would be pissed off (same goes to Disco150). Discover atleast makes it up with cheap price tag and features. If this is the way Honda goes..it’s hard to imagine that they will become atleast no.3 here.
@Fas.. I know that information already.. but the point is buyers won’t apply same logic. A 100 cc buyer 90% of the time wouldn’t be aware of 250cc twister.. and he would say it’s looking like Dazzler and good. But a buyer for Dazzler wouldn’t be too kind in his assesment.. coz, his bike wouldn’t stand out between twisters.. it’s not a good feeling when you are paying premium to buy 150cc bike, unless he wants a Honda badly.. there is nothing to stop him from going for FZ-16, which is far better in styling dept. The fact is in India, Yamaha is a much bigger brand and has a great recall in buyer’s mind. That’s why R-15..even when it’s priced on higher side.. doing decent numbers.(yeah, I know it’s a gem of bike, but still :) ).
Pulsarboy – If I had to choose a bike in the country it would be undoubtedly the Ninja. But my second choice would be the R15. Its a fantastic bike, it feels and looks like a R1 and just like you said a Twister buyer feels good knowing his bike resembles a 150cc bike, similarly a R15 buyer feels awesome knowing that his bike is influenced by the R1. However most prospective buyers complain about the R15 being too costly for a 150 and all. The point is, the R15 is an outright performance bike, its not a commuter bike. If you see the requirements of most 150cc buyers, they want a good blend of power and mileage along with comfort, reliability and low maintenance. Yes we are Indians and we have an habit of expecting a superbike performance in a 150cc machine.
The way I see Honda going in India, it is not far, they displace Bajaj and become No. 2. They are already running short on capacity and although their products are priced at a premium, the quality makes up for it. I would suggest you check out any Honda bike, quality of Honda is just way over any other bike manufacturer in the country, the switches, mirrors, everything feels so well put.
Apache sells more than Unicorn because Unicorn lacked alot of features over the Apache. Also the Apache is a fantastic bike, a performance machine with very good handling to its credit.
You say a person should go for FZ, but the FZ disappoints on mileage. Yes it has a fantastic looking muscular body and the best rear tyre in any Indian bike yet, but neither does it give exceptional performance and nor does it give good mileage. Plus it costs more than the Unicorn. Do you think its insane that a Fazer costs more than a Pulsar 220?
For long term I would always suggest a Honda or a Yamaha (provided your ok with the mileage). For short term the Apache makes up for a great option but for a one night stand, nothing beats the Pulsar and the sheer performance of the 220 at a price where manufacturers only manage to sell 150cc machines.
Comparison of Dazzler and old Unicorn:
======================================
1.) The front head lamp of Dazzler is the ugliest of all bikes! Old Unicorn is much beautiful. Ditto for the rear lamp.
2.) The side cowls attached to the fuel tank is made of cheap plastic. It looks very ugly, just like Hero Honda Hunk. Old Unicorn has a very elegant looking fuel tank.
Also, the main fuel tank of Dazzler is the ugliest of all bikes – it is so narrow like a dog’s back.
3.) The LCD speedo console in Dazzler is the ugliest of all bikes. Don’t believe me? Go check out yourself! I personally prefer the meter console of old Unicorn. Simple, sturdy and effective.
4.) The rear tyres of Dazzler are more thicker. Well, who cares? Unicorn is not about sport, but power commuting. In any case, Dazzler with Unicorn engine does not have the firepower to utilize those tyres. Instead, Dazzler’s mileage may drop because of the thicker tyres. Useless addition!
5.) Dazzler has rear disc brake. Again, who cares? You will not appreciate the disc brake if the bike is as ugly as Dazzler is!
6.) The drive chain is uncovered (Horror of Horrors!) For a bike that is inheriting most of Unicorn, how can they compromise on reliability?
Old unicorn with covered chain is more appropriate.
7.) Seating posture and engine pickup of Dazzler is exactly like Unicorn.
========================
Conclusion: Honda should have introduced a real sporty 150cc bike. Instead it has copied and destroyed Unicorn’s legacy with this stupid Dazzler.
My advice: Stay clear of this non-sense pretender called Dazzler. If you want a sports bike, buy Apache or CBZ Extreme. But if you like commuter bike, choose between good old Unicorn and GS150R.
- Sourav
Sourav, do you own a Unicorn?
Fas, it’s important that you remain neutral as you are posting the news. Don’t take sides, as it’s utterly misleading for the readers. Who are you to decide that Pulsars are for one night stand? Frankly, how do you justify that it’s no.1 bike in 150 segment since it’s launch, if it’s one night stand bike. You can say Honda is great.. at the same time learn to give credit where it’s due. Pulsar was on top..despite so-called reliable blah blah Unicorn and still is. All of the top bike makers are competing for 150 segment.. Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki.. still Pulsar is on top. And you are trying to brush off Pulsar as one night stand. Would like some explanation here.. and Honda becoming no.2 in near future displacing Bajaj.. hard to believe that..they have to actually triple their volumes to make that happen, which is not possible unless they break Hero Honda. Don’t just say Bajaj is selling coz, it’s cheap.. it’s hard to agree with that reason as there are options. In 150cc category P150 is not the cheapest..and moreover if somebody is spending 70k to get a bike.. he won’t find it’s difficult to spend another 5k to get what he wants. Why is it that Honda fans are not able to digest Pulsar 150 is undisputed king of 150cc category?? trying to give lame reasons.. it’s cheap..not good quality.. and what not. If Pulsar150.. failed to maintain standards, then people would have stopped buying long back. Try to be logical.. just because you are a fan of Honda.. doesn’t mean that every other bike is cheap or not up to the mark. Unicorn is a good bike.. just not good enough to beat Pulsar on sales charts. That’s about it.
Pulsarboy, first and foremost I am not at all a Honda fan. I am a big Bajaj fan and the most exciting bike in the country according to me is undoubtedly the Pulsar 220. If you do a search or check the archives, Motorbeam has extensively covered news on the Pulsar. Why, simply because it is THE bike which has revolutionized Indian biking. However I would not blindly put feelings over reality. Reality is that Bajaj still needs to catch up on quality, reliability and engine refinement. Pulsars vibrate alot and its not me who is saying it, just check the comments on Pulsar posts like this one http://www.motorbeam.com/bikes/bajaj-pulsar-bikes/upgraded-pulsar-200/#comment-63949
Now coming to the sales point of view. Pulsar is a very popular bike. It is youthful (the Unicorn is unclish) and that is why it sells. But just because it sells does not make it the best bike. FYI, the Alto is the highest selling car in the country. Does it make the Alto the best car? Absolutely no, right ;)
The problem of a 110cc bike and 150cc bike is bad right, similar it is when it comes to the Pulsars. Most P200 and P220 owners don’t really appreciate the P150 and P180 looking so alike.
The Pulsar 150 vs Unicorn battle is something like the City vs SX4 battle. The SX4 is cheaper and has more features but the City is a better car, simply because quality matters.
As for the one night stand thing, I just meant that Pulsars are fantastic fun and can put a smile on your face, but owning one tells you that all that glitters is not gold. I am sorry if the words were not appropriate and I did not mean to insult the Pulsar brand or Pulsar owners in any way (I had a Pulsar myself).
Anyways Pulsarboy, which bike do you ride. I request you ride the Dazzler and make a decision for yourself. As for me, I will be stuck in neutral.
And just in case you missed, we said the Dazzler is probably the best 150cc not undoubtedly, there is a huge difference between that.
@Sourav:
Man, You have lots of misconcepts, and no time for to solve them, If u find Dazzler ugly then its a personal choice and no comments about that.
@Pulsarboy:
You are saying highest selling means Best bike, Again.
Sales are due to strategical pricing and power pulsar used to give when there was hardly any competition.
You are again telling me that Parle-G is better than Hide N Seek cuz its largest selling biscuit.
Totally wrong.
I have checked the CB Dazzler in the AutoShow. The fuel tank shape and size is same for Twister and Dazzler. They have added some digital instrument and added some design to the dazzler to tank and called it 150cc. For 150cc atleast the fuel tank should be bigger. It is not even same as Unicorn(Size of Fuel tank)….Honda can call CB Dazzler 150 as CB Twister 150…?They have cheated …….:-<
I am looking forward for a higher CC bikes from Honda as they a good market in other countries, i think they will have a very good and healthy competition for both 150 and even higher CC bikes. As all of us knew the competition they created with Bajaj Pulzar 150 cc when new unicorn was launched. It was a tremendous hit in the market.
Madhav >you seem a die hard Fan of XCD,
Man if you waiting for its 150cc version with ex showroom price 39590..
Pls have patience :)
Pulsarboy “pulsar increased it’s power by 1 bhp.. shame on Honda.. still it’s not a match to FZ on styling front”
man i know ppl are helpless staring at Gladiator, twister bikes.
i suggest you park your pulsar(150/180) at at some diffrnt place with platina or Madhavs Xcd he wont feel bad :)(i hope so)
Sourav seems to own CB unicorn last week.
We awl undrstand IT HURTS! IT TRUELY DOES! same happnd with some up my freinds too (*hug*)
RiKKI: “For 150cc atleast the fuel tank should be bigger”
yeah i tot agree with u!i gues you shud contact madhav pers he knows when XCD 150 gona launch ..i hope they come with extra large tank :)
@Pranav.. you dumbo, I’m not comparing Parle-G with Hide N Seek, Pulsar & Unicorn sell at the same price point. So, just check facts before embarassing yourself.
@Fas.. P150 is not cheaper compared with Unicorn, it never was.. and it’s not similar to city vs SX4. SX4 is maruti’s attempt to get into sedan space and hence they priced it lower.
Again.. the best selling in a category is not best?? I don’t get your logic here. It may not be best in your view.. but in buyer’s view it’s the best, get it?? Don’t try to apply lame afterthoughts to a success.
and FYI.. my ride is P135LS.
@ Lethal Dose! I think u just need one!
It is a waste of time discussing with you who cant understand the crux of the topic!
Go pay 70k+ and stay on the queue for months to grab your BEAU Dazzler!!!
@ Pranav …
I dnt know where u like but in out city the resale of Honda is so poor ..
the olny bike of honda which is succecful is stunner ..
No other bike is good i think …
As far as engine ..i know HH is using a engine from honda ..
but noone knows abt that because the goodwill of the HH is great but nt of the Honda alone ….
The resale of bajaj is not good but better than Honda ..
last month i sold my uncle’s 2000 model splendor for 15k …
u can see the goodwill & resale of hero honda ..
That time i was suggesting then to buy Honda Shine …
But this nt a Value for money bike …
I dnt even plan to spend 55k on shine ..
So again we bought a new cbz xtreme & it is much better than the competitor Unicorn or Dazzler ..
I dont think there is a need of rear disc break in a 150 cc bike ..
The console of the Dazzler also looks very old type ..
Its better to go for Suzuki GS150 R ..better than Dazzler …
I m satisfied with the performance & mileage of Fazer ..
50 + with great handling & breaking ….
This Bike is ultimately best in the 150 cc category …
1st Reason –> It gives 60+ mileage which is higher than other bikes
2nd Reason –> It has aggresive looks , see the bike in flesh u can feel that .. as the Tank shrouds are more for the Twister’s Beer Size engine …It is actaully blend well in the Dazzler…
3rd Reason –> The Rich Quality colors which distinct from other bikes.
4th Reason –> It is way cheaper than FZ’s and has good wheelbase compare to the Toy Bike FZ16, And it will give comfort ride to both Pillion and Rider.
5th Reason –> Pricing is competive for the (Package of Tubeless tryes,Mono Suspension,Refined Engine,Rear Disc Brake,Digital Display ).Which is lacked in other produts
dazzler is same model of cb twister
Pulsar, at least on my count, is far better than Honda unicorn (old version). My colleague bought his unicorn in Aug 2006 and has till today piled up 52000 kms on the meter. Now that my pulsar I bought in Feb 2005 is still in much better shape even though i have clocked 95000 km and above all have changed the piston once, while my friend has changed his unicorn piston twice, that too at a cost of about Rs. 4500 apiece. I changed my pulsar piston at Rs. 2500. Now, this makes me feel my pulsar is far better than honda unicorn.
@Pulsarboy1… you raised a very relevant and important point buddy.. when it comes to replacing parts.. then buyer of Honda will feel the pain. Most of the spares come at double the cost of the ones for Bajaj with same replacement periods.
Can any one please guide me which bike can I buy,
Honda Dazzler or
Honda Unicorn (old )
