This look great if it is launched five years back…
novelty factors missing such as split handle bars, and split grab rails, mainly no fuel injection, if they inculsate this options sure it will be hit in the market, wen they have monoshocks why not these , why they are playing with us?wen they launch please launch with these features !can u tell me fas it has got fi engine or not?

Amit, the concept version is not coming any time soon but a new Unicorn is on the cards.
hi amit, don worry, the bike which was kept in the auto expo is the production ready bike disguised as the concept by the hmsi, remember the stunner that was kept as a sports concept at the 2008 auto expo, but what happened later. The same unicorn is expected to hit the market by anywhere around may or june, take my word. And mr fas u 2 r gonna see this, wait and watch.
The Unicorn Sports concept is very tastefully executed. It seems like a very pragmatic and sensible choice for someone looking for a premium 150cc. I have only one grouse. They have still not felt fit to incorporate a small inner mudguard to protect the rear mono shock from the dirt thrown up by the rear wheel. If they incorporate that, the recipe shall be truly complete. I hope Honda does it this time around!
looks good but lacks the aggressive styling we have yamaha fz16 in market that is good looking and a good perfomans if honda needs to strike in indian market they have launch bikes like yamaha did

Hi.. M also waiting 4 this bike & even dealer says that it will be on road by March around.
i think this unicorn too should be modified in terms of split handle bars, wider tyres and looks also not so attractive as expected..it should be made to like a more muscular sporty bike..

Dhoutab, exactly why would they tell you a new model is coming? Companies don’t disclose anything as it hinders the sales of the current version.

give me advice how to solve this problems in my pulsar 150cc bike ( I purchesed on 16th march 2006 Still maintaining regular sevices )
in my experiance, main disadvantages on pulsar 150cc are
1. Engine sound is more
2. Not smooth ( comparing with honda unicorn )
3. Gears are not smooth
4. Clutch is tight
5. Seating is not confort
6. key looking cheap ( we cant do anything )
7. Back pain problem
8. Stickers are removing easly ( engine, head light stickers r easly removed others, i buy 3 to 4 times )
9. headlight shape is not good ( we cant do anything )
10. shocks are not comfort
this is my problem, if any wrong , give to me advice, thanx your friend Anand, waiting for urs and others responce also
Anand, those are too many problems to rectify. Instead sell your bike and buy a Unicorn.

Sachin, there is no official confirmation but I do expect Honda to launch a new Unicorn soon.
Features of Honda Unicorn Sports
The first thing that draws your attention would be the front cowl. Front cowl of the new Unicorn sports concept has been made more attractive. The new front cowl suits a sports bike very well.
Just focus your camera to the rear of the new Unicorn sports concept. We can see the beautiful tail lamp. The beauty of the tail lamp will double when it gets lights.
Next attraction of the Unicorn sports concept is the tank shrouds. It is not much bulky and not very thin. Tank shrouds are designed in such a way that it blends smoothly with the concept that this new version of Unicorn is exclusively meant for sports.
Braking system of the Unicorn sports is also good. It has disk brakes in front and rear. The disk brake adds to the effective braking of the vehicle.
The dual tone styling of Unicorn sports will attract more people towards it. This dual tone styling will give the vehicle a sporty look. The sports edition of Unicorn will look different with the new dual tone styling.
In spite of all these features the engine that powers the new sports version of Unicorn is just a 150cc engine. This engine is powerful enough to have a good and enjoyable riding experience.
The normal Unicorn has a Monoshock for observing the unevenness on roads. But this new sports concept does not have this mono shock. In addition to the mono shock it has two spring suspensions. This spring suspension will not only absorb the unevenness along the riding path but also give better stability and riding comfort.
Honda Unicorn sports bike price:
Honda hasn’t announced the price and launch date of new Unicorn sports bike. However, the price would be higher than 55000 INR considering current models.

My pulsar bike is good condition, but i think, those problems r all pulsar bikes ( new ( show room bike ) r old )comparing with unicorn, pulsar is looks wise ok, but qwality wise ( engine sound, seating comfortable )pulsar is not good,what is ur opinion

hi. Even i am waiting for this bike. But i hv read in many sites that this bike is not going to launch soon but yes upgrade unicorn is on cards as said by fas. Is there any one who knows better ???
Ankur, there is no news from the company. Honda always keeps mum till launch so we have to just wait and watch.
Saurabh, I guess your going to get the new Unicorn. If you can’t wait, cancel the booking and opt for something else.
