I broughtA LML 4stroke new scooter from balaji motors delhi merrut road ghaziabad.on 8-06-2011.my scooter switch off after driving 900meters. i had complaint to balaji motors 2 times but they did not short out the complain getting stop after 900 meters weight 0f two person. i want that my scooter should be repaired or changed with the new one. other wise i have to complain in consumer court.if u want to contact me then plaese call at my number 09760019946, 09412219946 please take some action toward it then i shall be thankful to you.

I bought LML NV 4Stroke Scooter from Shivaji Motors, B-304, Saraswati Vihar, Main Outer Ring Road, Delhi-110034, on 19-12-2010. After sale service(s) of Shivji Motors is worst. They think its their customers not of LML but fact is whoever bought LML two wheeler is a customer of LML Ltd. Shivaji Motors takes customers for granted as if they are property of Shivaji Motors. They are worst in public dealing unless you are buying from them. Since the first service I am having bad experience with their workshop in charge, Mr. Sunil Kumar, who accepts scooters in for service at workshop E-38, Naharpur Village, Sec-7, Rohini, Delhi 110085. Whenever I go there I find him fighting with or shouting at customers. I got second services done on 21-04-2011. On 27-05-2011 I went to their workshop as some sound is coming out from the front wheel of scooter. First, Mr. Sunil, refused to even see my scooter as it was around 1:10pm and I was not having service book. After requesting to just have a look and not to repair he went near scooter, he moved the wheel by his foot and started shouting “what is the problem in it, its working well”, he did not hear my single word when I asked him to lower his voice he said “he speaks like this only and do whatever you can, want to complain then go ahead, I am not afraid of anyone”. But dealing with his staff he is very polite. Does he speak to his employer in the same manner? If not then why with customers. He does such things to everyone. If you go there with complain he will treat you like a sh*t. I left the place and went to Shivaji Motors to complain against him but they did not have time to listen to me. They were busy in entertaining/ pleasing three guys from Honda motors (Honda two wheelers) as they (Shivaji Motors) are taking dealership of Honda. Staff at Shivaji Motors simply said they cannot do anything about my complain. After the waiting for an hour I got to meet the owner as guys from Honda were inspecting their showroom. I explained him everything and when I asked him to take some action against Mr. Sunil then Owner of Shivji Motors started smiling (proved how dumb he is) and said it is operated by LML Ltd so he cannot do anything, he was again busy with guys from Honda, I waited for him for 15 min. and left the place. Both Owner and staff refused to tell the name of this guy (Mr. Sunil) which I came to know from someone else few days later. Its not my first such experience with him (Mr. Sunil) he always does this and with every customer. We are bound to deal with him as no other option is there. From Shivaji Motor I went to Prime Motors, Nangloi, on 27-05-2011, they checked it and said there is problem with drum but they decline to repair it as I bought it from Shivaji motors and explained their limitations. Then I met engg. from LML who visit Shivaji Motors’s workshop on every Tuesday and told him everything. In front of engg. Mr. Sunil was shouting. LML engg shifted my case to Prime Motors and they corrected the fault Dealing with Prime Motors was good experience where as with Shivaji Motors experience was worst. I suggest please do not buy from Shivaji Motors instead from Prime Motors as they are good in after sale services.

Please relaunch LML in kerala also. We are waiting for LMLs cute and powerfull scootrs in kerela. We are stil using the model LML NV5. So please launch the new generation as soon as possible

Firstly Congrates for New Lounching 4 Stroke LML Scooter in India,I using 2 Stroke LML NV SPL from 1999.LML never skid at 110 km/hr,never any problem with her,nor with me.
I realy happy to lounches this 4 stroke,I enquery local LML dealer in NAGPUR(Maharashtra).he told me that LML lounches 4 Stoke In maharashtra in April,waiting for lounching in maharashtra.
