Royal Enfield To Launch Classic Chrome In India

Royal Enfield fans can rejoice as the company has finally decided to launch the Chrome edition of the Classic 500 in India. The Classic 500 Chrome has been in existence for more than a year now, but is being sold in the United States only. The Classic 500 Chrome is expected to cost Rs. 10,000/- more than the normal Classic 500 variant. But now, on the Facebook page of Royal Enfield, the company has finally disclosed that the Classic Chrome would soon be arriving soon (screenshot below).

The company has not set a date for the launch yet, nor has it disclosed when deliveries of the Classic 500 Chrome will start. You might remember the Classic Chrome from the 2010 Auto Expo, where the motorcycle attracted alot of attention from fans alike. Based on the regular Classic model, the Chrome Classic gets alot of chrome on various parts of the bike including the front and rear mudguard, air box, and fuel tank making it look gleaming hot.
