Those who love the Fiat Grande Punto need to rush to their nearest dealers asap as Fiat intends to hike prices of the car by Rs. 8,000-12,000/-citing increase in input costs. The Grande Punto is doing decent numbers for Fiat and the aggressive pricing has helped alot in attracting new customers. With grande plans to launch more variants of the Punto including the T-Jet in the future, we can only wait in anticipation.

I’m asking the same thing, why would they hike Punto’s price now. It’s not even competitive compared to other cars.

Can’t wait got the T-jet to pop up here in india … Got myself the 1.4 fire engine .. soo far its doing amazingly well with me :) ( not much of a diesel person ) …
@carz – not even a competitive car … srry mate u pretty wrong in that statement of yours … punto is competitivee all the wayy .. anyday apart from the sloppy engine which u finally get used to , the handling nd the response is just too better to compare to any other carr .. at just around 6 lakhs u get a fully loaded car .. what more do you want mate ???
trust me no1 cannot notice that classic italian rusty look on the road … your just soo wrong in soo many different levels by saying that … if not me , other punto fanatics might take u on what u just saidd …
as for me punto is 1 amazingg carr nd hiking up the prices for the new T-Jet engine is all worth it .. that to if it puts out its 1.6 and 1.9 T-Jet .. man its gunna be an orgasm sitting in that car :) :)
no regrets buying this babyy and gunna stik with this beast for a long timeee :) cannot get better than diss :) :D :) :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
