Fiat India might be breaking into profits soon but that does not stop them from improving their products. Snapped by Motoroids in Pune, the 2010 Fiat Linea is being tested with a more powerful mill along with slight upgrades aesthetically as well as mechanically. New for 2010 (for all variants) is the addition of better paint (more coats – glossier finish), improved AC, new engine mounts along with better damping (reduction in NVH), re-tweaked ECU and re-tuned gearbox (better mileage and pick up), better plastics, new bonnet opening mechanism, new tail lamps (addition of chrome) and new colours. That is not all, the engine underneath this Italian is the famous T-Jet producing 120 bhp. We can’t wait and we are sure you can’t either.

    @Ranjit…

    The imrovements will come at a cost. So you can stay happy as you bought the car at a competetive price.FIAT also hinted at a price increase couple of months back citing lower profit margins.

    Good to see FIAT Learning from past mistakes, But why did they disguised the car again for testing? Are any body works on cards as well?

    Cheers,
