Force One Is 3 Cars At Once

by Faisal August 25, 2011

in Force One

Yes, you read that right. The Force One SUV is three cars at once. From the front, the Force One looks very similar to the Nissan X-Trail. When viewed from the side, the SUV looks like the Ford Endeavour. Coming to the rear, the Force One looks alot like the Lexus LX470. Now all these vehicles are priced much higher than the Force One and will confuse lay man alot. Force could have designed the One SUV to distinguish itself from all these vehicles easily. Just look at the Mahindra Scorpio and Tata Safari for example, both have very unique designs. Now do you agree with us on this?

Mmmm.. Quite interesting …!!! I thought of Ford alone as soon as I saw first time Foday in China and Force one in India. Your guess are marches with front and rear are matched perfectly..! Good work Fas.. :)

Either they don’t have or they don’t want to invest a whole lot of money to design a new SUV.As i understand they have invested just 150 cores and Mahindra invested a little more than 550 crores to design the Xylo. That is a whole lot of difference on money spend.:)

Wow Super work there Fas :) I guess this will work…the price is simply too tempting to ignore this huge animal. Great work again and thanks for bringing us all the news!

Thanks Deepak for your kind words. Design aside, the pricing will help it to sell alot considering the presence it has!

Yes it does, but it still looks great and for the price, its killer, only hope its a good performer and interiors match up to standards.

Hey Fas,
Long time. How good is this vehicle? Read that the engine was manufactured in tie-up with Merc. Is it really worth mentioning it? I mean will it have the reliability of a german engine?

fas August 27, 2011 at 2:07 am

Venkatesh, yes the engine is fantastic. It is a Mercedes-Benz unit and will be reliable but the rest of the car is not German.

Tata Motors Updates August 30, 2011 at 5:59 pm

Force Motors don’t spend money as Mahindra and Tata can spend in R&D. Hence they won’t be able to design vehicles as M&M and Tata designs. I guess, if they are able to sell Force one 1000 odd units per month, they will get more confidence and then they may be able to spend more money on designing new vehicles.
