The Honda Jazz is clearly not doing well. Coming at a price range of Rs 6.98 lakh to Rs 7.33 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), dealers witnessed stock pile up last month with dwindling sales. Honda had produced 1,066 units of Jazz last month but only 269 units got sold. Many dealers have started offering special incentives on the 2009 model, including discounts of up to Rs 40,000 and lower interest rates of up to 5.8% to clear stocks.

  1. Rajan Says:

Hope Honda wakes up atleast now. With the markets opening up more cost effective, good looking and good quality cars.. Honda cannot sustain. They will be wiped out of Indian market unles they change their strategy. They should learn from Maruti and Hyundai and try to bring in good looking cars to India. I am not getting that feel good factor with new generation Honda City. Jazz sucks in design compartment. Wondering if Honda has any sense of taste when it comes to design. Learn Honda and wake up. We are not dumb… you will soon learn a lesson in India.
