Maruti Suzuki Alto is currently India’s largest selling passenger car with monthly sales soaring well above 20,000 units. However with the soon to be launched there is a high chance the game might change forever. Today, the Hyundai EON brochure has leaked and we brings you some snapshots of it and from what the pictures say, one thing is clear, Maruti Alto and K10 have to put up a hell of a fight to stay in the game. This is only if Hyundai manages to price the Eon spot on.

The exterior design of the EON is really voluptuous and much more appealing that the old fashioned Alto. The EON design clearly highlights the Hyundai Fluidic design philosophy. The EON is powered by a 814 cc, 3 cylinder petrol engine which produces 55 bhp of power and 76.5 Nm of torque. It also comes with a claimed ARAI certified fuel efficiency figure og 21.1 kmpl. The interiors are also of top notch quality or at least so are evident from the brochure shots. The only catch Hyundai has is that it doesn’t have the extensive dealership network that Maruti Suzuki has. Yet, we have to wait and find out. The battle begins on 13th October. Hold your breath!!

The only thing i don’t like is the tail light i feel it looks to tall & doesn’t fit with the design of the rest of the car.
