Hyundai India is planning to launch an upgraded version of the Santro by the end of 2009. The Santro will receive some styling changes and there will be a marginal price hike for the 2010 Hyundai Santro. Hyundai will do some tweaking in the overall appearance of the car, but no engine change is on the cards. This change is a minor facelift and is mostly cosmetic.

Headlamps look like someone from Hyundai was looking over the shoulder of the designer of the A-star while he was designing it.
This might just sell well since everyone is sick of the Xing by now.

car is looking just okkk…but is there any news abt facelifted version of hyundai accent..?? hyundai has never upgraded accent since its debut in the indian market..which was almost 9 years back…car looks are outdated…. even its interiors sucks.. a person spending rs 5.5 lakhs for a new outdated car will be a fool…even when u got better options like swift dzire, reno logan , new ford ikon, indigo cs n many more…

Raj, there is no plans of upgrading the Accent. Worldwide the new Accent is the Verna, but in India, Hyundai continues to sell the outdated car.
