The Board of Directors Ssangyong Motor Company have appointed Dr Pawan Goenka, President, Automotive and Farm Equipment Sectors, Mahindra as the Chairman of the company. The meeting took place at the company’s headquarter in Korea. Mr. Yoo-il Lee will be the new CEO of Ssangyong, while the COO duties will now be managed by Mr. Dilip Sundaram from Mahindra.
