Maruti Suzuki will launch the Omni and Versa replacement Eeco at the upcoming Auto Expo. The Eeco will be powered by the 1200cc K-Series engine which does duty in the Ritz. It is expected to be priced competitively at around Rs. 4.5 lakhs and will comply with Bharat Stage IV emission norms. The Eeco has been specifically designed over a period of three years by Maruti engineers for the Indian MPV market. It will come with three row and two row seating configuration with seating capacities of five and seven passengers respectively.

That is great news. I think this will also a good competitor for other cars like Scorpio, Safari etc. This looks great.

I am surprised to the price is Rs.2.54 lakh on Yhoo opening browiser.But on this site you have quioted Rs. 4 lakh plus how com somuch Difference

Hi am Nitin Shrivastava, i am looking to purchase Maruti Eeco 7-seater, but if company provide us AC as well as Power window, power stering, centre locking and other confort things, which will make it more efficient car of the year in India for Low Income Group.
