The all new 2009 Wagon R has been introduced in the Japanese market. The new Wagon R is based on a revised platform with a longer wheelbase that promises to improve cabin space over the outgoing Wagon R.
We really have no clue when Maruti will get this here, but looking at the declining sales of the Wagon R it wont be long before they do.

Jonson, Maruti will launch a new Wagon R soon. It will have a new engine and some design changes are expected as well.

Boot space is same as the current Wagon R. Engine would be the new generation K series engine. The one which does duty in the A-Star.

Attar, the 2010 Wagon R will be launched next month. It will use the K-Series engine which does duty in the A-Star. Mileage is expected to be better than the current version.

current automatic model is having 3 speed automatic treasmission which is not comfortable whether the model 2010 will have 4 speed transmission like i10 auto or not . secondly its hight will be lower down for safe driving on highway

I dont think this is the new WagonR. I dont expect Maruti to make so many changes to the body shell.
