Hindustan Motors (HM) is planning to launch a niche vehicle from Mitsubishi Motors stable soon. The new car is likely to be along the lines of a James Bond like automobile and is expected to fire up Mitsubishi Motors’ portfolio in India. Now we really don’t think any car in Mitsubishi’s stable is even close to the Aston Martin or are they referring to the Ford Ka?
“We are gearing up for the launch of a niche vehicle, hopefully, within this year, for which we are awaiting requisite homologation from ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India),” HM’s managing director R Santhanam said.

Coldgold, that Lancer is on the cards and will be launched mostly next year with a pricing of around Rs. 12 lakh.

This looks like a nice car. A bit different in what Bond would likely use in his movies but looks good enough. I’d still prefer Aston Martin though.

Coldgold, you are totally right, HMs marketing is very bad and they seem very disinterested in selling Mitsubishi vehicles.

The image posted here is of EVO X … and if they launch the EVO ten … that will be in range of 20-25 …. it sports a 295BHP engine ..AWD ….
