Rolls-Royce India has launched its latest offering Ghost in Delhi at a starting price of Rs. 2.5 crore. The cost of customisation will be extra. Bookings for the Ghost have begun with deliveries commencing in the first quarter of 2010. “Keeping in mind the pace with which the number of high networth individuals are growing in India, (those with cash or assets of over $30 million) currently around 1,000, Rolls Royce plans to sell 75 cars in 2010,” Rolls Royce Asia Pacific director Colin Kelly said. “We expect to sell 75 cars in 2010 in India, of which Ghost will comprise 50-60 units,” he added.
