The petrol version of the Skoda Octavia has been ranked first in the category of ‘Premium mid-size’ vehicles on the Total Consumer Satisfaction (TCS) Index by TNS Automotive – the only car to score a 100 out of 100 points. It has raced far ahead of competition such as the Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, and Chevrolet Optra Magnum Petrol.

Keeping consumer satisfaction into high consideration, ŠkodaIndia has kicked off its first service promotional activity in the year 2009 for its esteemed customers across its authorized sales & service network of 60 dealerships in the country. The Summer Campaign 2009 offers a 11 points check – up for Air Conditioning system and a 40 points check – up for general health of the vehicle for all Skoda models. Skoda car owners can avail this service from 30th March to 11th April 2009 at a dealership outlet in their vicinity.

“Skoda has introduced this campaign to coincide with the vacation period in India. The check points take care of all vital aspects ensuring readiness of your car for the summer season and hassle free journeys to your favorite holiday destinations”, said Mr. Detlef Roemhild, General Manager – After Sales.

So, rush to the nearest Skoda dealership and get the effective 51 point free preventive check–up campaign for your Skoda cars!

Cool Jeeshan beat me to posting the link to the Skoda issues on T-BHP. Faisal – personally I wish you had posted about any other Manufactuer instead of Skoda esp since there are so many complaints raised about them it is tough to stomach this high rating.

Well Sushil, considering how less the Octavia petrol sells, there is no surprise they ranked first in TCS Index.

Due to this incident Skoda has lost all respect. Infact I for one cant advise anyone to go for this car if the customer has to suffer like this.
