Volkswagen India has been extensively testing the Polo. The Volkswagen Polo will see the light of the day at the upcoming 2010 Auto Expo will be manufactured at Volkswagen’s state of the art manufacturing facility at Chakan along with its cousin sister Skoda Fabia.
As evident from the pics, Volkswagen has resorted to some cost cutting to price the Polo competitively. Black coloured door handles and rear view mirrors, steel wheels and puny tires are some of the features differentiating the Indian Polo from its International counterpart. The car was spied by Carwale reader Gajanan and is expected to be priced between Rs. 4-6 lakhs.
