TVS Motor has just launched the 2012 edition of the StaR City.. The bike now features dual tone body colours, new headlamp, clear indicators and will be available in six colours – Blue, Green, Red, Crimson, Gold and Silver. Powered by a 110cc CVTi (Continuous Variable Timing Ignition) engine, the StaR Cit produces 8.2 BHP of peak power at 7500 RPM and 8.1 Nm of peak torque at 5000 RPM. Mated to a 4-speed gearbox, the bike returns 83.9 kmpl as per ARAI. However, you won’t get anything above 65 kmpl as ARAI mileage figures are not achievable in the real world.
