Hyundai has showcased the Veloster compact sports car at the 2012 Auto Expo. The Veloster is a striking looking vehicle and replaces the Tiburon. If you notice closely, you will notice the Veloster has only one door on the driver side but two doors on the passenger side. Powered by a 1.6-liter direct injecter petrol motor, the Hyundai Veloster produces 138 hp of power and 167 Nm of torque. It is available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed dual-clutch tranmission (DCT) gearbox with paddle shifts. With a price of roughtly Rs. 8 lakhs in the U.S. The Veloster is something which could lead the premium compact brigade in our country. [click to continue…]
