Maruti will be launching the A-Star on the 19th of November. According to ARAI the A-Star returned a mileage of 19.59 kmpl. The A-Star uses the new K series engine. The 1.0L, 3 cylinder unit has a power output of 65bhp. Check out the Maruti A-Star website.

Check out more pics of the A-Star aka the new Alto elsewhere. The A-Star will be launched in our country by Diwali. It will come with a 1.0 liter K series engine (Maruti’s next generation small car engines) producing around 65bhp. The car will be priced between 3.25 - 4.5 lacs.

The New Suzuki Alto will be making its debut at the Paris Motor Show in October. It will be sold in India as the A-Star and the current Alto will be sold along side it. It does look a bit disappointing when we compare it to the A-Star Concept at the Auto Expo.
