Which country makes 'Best Petrol V8 Engines?'

In this turmoil of Petrol price rise many enthusiats petrolheads have forgotten the heart ripping, gas guzzling, nerve blocking V8 Engines which will make you skip a heartbeat, In this poll the countries who have build some of the legendary V8s have been put up from all over the globe, select one and describe why do you lust for it, I am going for German V8s just because I have been mesmerised thrice by them, twice by an Audi 4.2 litre V8 in a R8 and once by a gargling 6.3 litre AMG V8 in a Mercedes Benz SL65 which made me weak in my knees! And still cannot get that tune from my head even after 4 years-"Harrrrr Harr !!", please do share your experiences.

I drove a V8 car just yesterday. I must say they sound very good and accelerate very quickly.

However with the economic crisis globally, soon manufacturers will turn to smaller engines, even F1 is doing it.

As European Economic Crisis have Hit Rock Bottom in sales. But it has not dampen the spirits even Most Luxurious Bugatti Veryon Roadster which is powered with 2 twin V8 Engines clubbed together into one & can reach 415km/hr. Who can challenge it ?

Yes there is Now New Kid Round the Block Presenting Ariel Atom 700

But now when Jermy tested Ariel Atom 500 in Top Gear last year. It out ran Aventador & Maclaren. Now with 350 Bhp per liter Ariel Atom 700 with 200 bhp more power. With its tiny 2.0 lt V8 Engine. Can it outrun Bugatti Veryon Super Sport. Well you know the answer !

So can you believe. An Elephant will be Running Scared of Tiny puny Ant. So Sometimes Fairy-tales are good to be true & The New Age begins. & there falls the Crown of Automotive Superlative & the Legend Bugatti Veryon

America, specially the Chevy V8s. They are popular for being adaptable to most applications.

Yes, their application is as wide as steamrollers in a dragstar, from Muscle Cars to Trucks, from SUVs to Limos, from Luxury Sedans to Hotrods, you name it, Americans fit it, Sir Shelby had shoehorned a small block Ford V8 into British Kit car AC and rest we know is history, the only downside with them are that still they are made with Cast Iron. Anyways they are great,so eeehhhaaa !!

I dont have much knowledge about the V8s.

But I love Italian and German V8s. Out of these 2 I will select Italian because Maserati Gran Cabrio is my dream car.

I love Ferrari FF too. Its just a engineering masterpiece.

Punter, Ferrari FF aint got a V8 bro, V8s never used to be high revving, they used to be lazy, revving barely at 4000rpm but still churning out horses, but with the advent of Italian V8s, engines were never like this before, they used go upto 9000rpm and their size was also getting punier, they were free revving, never had a thunderous sound of American V8s but still they had their own tune, thanks to Italian Gurus for these V8s especially Ferrari and Maserati, I bow down to them, In Italia, I just love the Ferrari Dino's V8.

    World's Smallest V8 is just 100cc production Engine !

So Here is some good news to the V8 Lovers. Presenting the All New Super Charged 4 Stroke V8 Engine Stinger 609. Which is just 100cc that means 6.09 Cubic inches. Hence the Name 609.

So What's special about it is that it produces 9 Bhp @ 10000 Rpm & it can be fitted into any bike or Go Kart.
So it Sounds & Runs like any other V8

    On the Funny Side
Stinger 609 is so small that you can keep it on a Desk & Scare or Annoy other people or Pets. It's really Funny. I Hope PETA is not Listening to this & they Think Animals are like People ! But Mumbai Court thinks That People can't negotiate with Dogs & There Falls the Curtain of Comedy of Errors. lol
