An SX4 had a plane on the roof, maybe its some new invention giving better aerodynamics to the car or maybe its a windmill, helping in cooling of the car, maybe the SX4 has a broken sunroof or maybe the roof of the SX4 is a airport. Enough of the blabber, let the pics talk for themselves.

Or it could possibly be that he is an R/C enthusiast, and carrying his large R/C plane to a good flying ground. The wingspan is too large to allow the plane to fit comfortably inside the vehicle. Give the guy a break!
