Finally a date has been given to when Bajaj Auto will launch the much awaited KTM Duke in India. The 2-wheeler major plans to launch the KTM Duke at the 2012 Auto Expo. The good news is, that we in India will be getting the KTM Duke 200 and not the KTM Duke 125. The Austrian company has high hopes from the Indian motorcycle market and is expecting to sell as many as 30000 units of the KTM Duke 200 in the first year of launch itself. The KTM Duke 200 is manufactured by Bajaj Auto at their Pune plant, with exports already commenced to Europe and Thailand, Brazil and Malaysia in the pipe line. After the launch of the Duke 200, KTM plans to launch a 350cc motorcycle in India in 2013. Could the Duke 350’s engine make it to the Pulsar 350?
