Pulsar 200 NS Test Ride Review

Bajaj Auto has made the Pulsar 200 NS available all across India. The Pulsar 200 NS is the second generation of the Pulsar and as promised by the company, you can buy the Pulsar 200 NS in any city in India right away. The bike is available in four colors – red, black, yellow and blue. It is powered by a 200cc, 4-valve, single-cylinder engine which uses triple-spark plugs. The 200 NS produces a peak power output of 23.17 BHP and peak torque output of 18.3 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission and Bajaj claims a 0-100 sprint in just 9.83 seconds, while the top speed is 136 km/h.

The Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS features a monoshock rear suspension, underbelly exhaust, front and rear petal disc brakes and a new instrument cluster. It uses a perimeter frame which along with wider rubber at the front and rear give it very good handling. The brakes are excellent too and the Pulsar 200 NS stops very quickly without any hesitance. The engine performs very well, pulling neatly to its redline. Vibrations are very little and the 200 NS is expected to delivery anything between 35-40 km/l in normal riding conditions.
