You get the exquisite ‘Singleframe’ front grille that meets the redesigned headlights, while the bumper has also been updated with larger air intakes compared to the outgoing model.

The headlights get comprehensive changes in particular on the 2015 Audi Q3 and now feature Xenon Plus technology as standard as well as the trademark LED daytime running lights. Coming to the side profile, the Q3 is pretty much the same but does sport new alloy wheels, while the rear gets a revised bumper as well as new LED tail lights. In addition, Audi is also offering LED headlights with Dynamic turn indicator lights as an optional fitment on the SUV. The base variants in particular get the 1.4-litre TFSI and 2.0-litre TDI engine, which have been termed with the Audi ‘Ultra’ badge with the latter being the most fuel efficient engine on offer. Coming to the more powerful RS Q3, the performance version gets the same 2.5-litre 5-cylinder TFSI engine that now produces 340 PS and 450 Nm of torque. All engines come paired to the 7-speed S-tronic automatic transmission as standard and come with Audi cylinder on demand technology.

In terms of safety, the SUV gets updated with Blind Spot Alert, secondary collision brake assist, lane departure warning in addition to the existing features. Coming to the India spec model, Audi will continue the 2.0-litre TDI motor in the current state of tune, while the updated model could be expected in the second half of 2015 once the European launch is in order.
