Honda has revealed the limited edition CBR250R Repsol Racing Replica for MotoGP enthusiasts in India. The Japanese bike maker has commenced bookings of the limited edition model at Honda exclusive authorised dealerships pan India. This move has come after witnessing the success of Repsol Honda Team at the 2016 MotoGP season.

The Honda CBR250R Repsol Racing Replica will be available in two versions – Marc Márquez 93 and Dani Pedrosa 26. The limited edition model’s graphics styling is fully inspired from the RC213V MotoGP race bike. Some of the details are specific to the Marc Márquez 93 and Dani Pedrosa 26 bikes.

The 2016 MotoGP season has been quite successful for the Repsol Honda Team with Marc Márquez securing 12 podiums finishes and 5 pole positions. Marquez received MotoGP World Champion trophy after taking the title in October at the Twin Ring Motegi. Honda has also won the Constructors title in the 2016 MotoGP World Championship.

Powering the limited edition Honda CBR250R Repsol Racing Replica is the same liquid-cooled 250cc, 4-stroke, 4-valve single-cylinder DOHC engine that churns out 26 BHP of power and 22.9 Nm of torque at 7000 RPM, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. There are no mechanical changes and you can expect a slightly premium price tag when launched.
