A lot of carbon fibre has been used on the Carbonshot

DC, very well known for its car designs is now planning to set their foot in the 2-wheeler segment. DC2 is the sub-brand of DC that will provide customisations for 2-wheelers. The company began with teasing their first ever design, the DC2 CarbonShot, which is based on the Royal Enfield Bullet 350.

DC claims that only 5000 units of the Carbonshot will be produced and bookings will begin from 25th January 2017. The bike will be available at a price of Rs 76,000/- (cost of the base Royal Enfield motorcycle is extra). Bookings can be done with a deposit of Rs. 25,000/- and deliveries likely to commence by June 2017.

The Carbonshot gets the same specifications as the RE Bullet 350 as the components haven’t been changed. In terms of looks, the bike gets full LED headlamps with new indicators with billet casting. The fuel tank has been covered up with carbon fibre, billet and chrome and the side mounted number plates give the bike a complete retro look. The air filter and the battery covers are made of aluminium chrome.
