Hyundai will be launching the Xcent facelift on April 20, 2017 and has been spotted at a dealer yard without any camouflage.

The facelifted version of the Xcent sedan has been spotted at a dealer yard well ahead of its launch the next week. The car was spotted in flesh and we could make out there were a host of changes on the new model. Let us take you through the details.

First things first, the looks and the exteriors. There’s a new hexagonal grille with five horizontal chrome slats that lend it a premium feel. Gone are the round fog lamps, and in come a larger horizontal units with LED DRLs setup. The tail section has undergone major changes too. There’s a chrome strip running in between the new split tail-lamp setup, the bumper too carries a new design and has black inserts with reflectors in it. The shark-fin antenna too is a welcome addition.

Under the hood, the Xcent shall carry the same 1.2-litre petrol engine that churns 81 HP of power and 115 Nm of torque. The diesel engine will be the 1.2-litre U2 CRDi that debuted on the new Grand i10. This engine makes 74 HP of power and 190 Nm of torque.
