BMW is testing the updated G 310 R and G 310 GS, India launch this year.

BMW G 310 GS and G 310 R spotted with mild changes

The BMW G 310 twins have been spotted on test abroad with minor tweaks. Both the updated bikes are expected to be launched in India by August this year.

The 2020 BMW G 310 R gets a new headlight design which looks sharper and gets an LED unit which replaces the halogen unit from the current model.

The 2020 BMW G 310 GS too gets a new LED headlight unit with revised styling and the beak is now narrower compared to the current model.

Apart from these minor cosmetic changes, there are no other styling updated on both the bikes. BMW Motorrad will update the engine to comply with the new BS6 emission norms.

The 312cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine produces 34 PS of power and 28 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The BS6 update might not see any changes in power output.

The updated models are expected to be launched in India by August end this year. BMW Motorrad is believed to be offering the new models with a heavy price cut of up to Rs. 75,000/-.
