Hyundai will update the Aura for the 2021 model year and give it a rear spoiler from factory, leaked documents state.
As part of the update for 2021, Hyundai Aura rear spoiler will now be offered on the S, SX and SX(O) variants. The base E variant will not get the spoiler.
In addition to adding the spoiler, Hyundai will also make revisions that will not meet the eye at first. Now, the base E variant of the Aura will only come with a 13-inch spare wheel. It was given a 14-inch spare wheel until now.
Further, according to the leaked documents, the S variant will come with 15-inch styled steel wheels which will sport a “Gun Metal” finish and 3M graphics on AMT models.
What’s more the top SX and SX(O) variants of the compact sedan will not come with the Arkamys premium sound system anymore.
No mechanical changes will be made to the car. Thus, it will continue to be offered with 3 engine options – a 1.2-litre petrol motor making 83 PS and 114 Nm, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol unit good for 100 PS and 172 Nm and a 1.2-litre diesel mill putting out 75 PS and 191 Nm.
The car come with 2 transmission options which include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
