The new Duke 390 is getting substantial hardware updates

KTM is bringing new products and updating the existing ones quite aggressively be it in the Indian market or globally. The Austrian brand is currently testing the new version of the Duke 390.

The new KTM Duke 390 has been spotted on test. The test mule is stripped down and it reveals some hardware changes of the new bike. This new model is likely to make its debut in 2021 and is expected to be showcased at 2020 EICMA show.

The test mule reveals a revised frame of the bike including a reworked swingarm and new rear suspension configuration. The front fork is likely to be updated as well for better riding dynamics of the 390.

The exhaust setup of the new Duke 390 looks different compared to the current model on sale. KTM will be making some styling revisions as well to make the bike look fresh.

Seems like the Austrian bike maker is improving the agility of the Duke 390 with better suspension, brakes and engine performance. India launch is expected to happen later in 2021.

KTM is also developing new 490 range of Duke and RC models with a parallel twin engine offering power of up to 60 BHP.
