2024 Tata Nexon Design Revealed With Less Camouflage

2024 Tata Nexon design inspired by Curvv concept

2024 Tata Nexon facelift launch is just around the corner and today the design of the upcoming compact SUV has been revealed in recent spy shots.

The upcoming model will get substantial exterior and interior changes. The prototype spotted hear has some peeled off camouflage which reveals the front design and some bits of the rear as well.

The face looks inspired by the new Tata concepts of Harrier EV and Curvv showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. It also looks quite similar to the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder with the grille and light setup.

The main headlight have now moved below on the bumper, while the DRL is placed above merging into the grille. The heavily redesigned bumper integrates the headlight and fog lamps and also houses a front camera if you notice keenly for the 360 degree camera feature.

The rear profile now gets a sharp set of LED tail lamps connected with a strip of light in the middle running across the width of the tailgate. The side profile remains the same but you can expect newly designed alloys.

The interior will get new design elements as well including a revised dashboard with new setup of screens, new steering wheel design with illuminated Tata logo and paddle shifts as well. Expect some new features in the Nexon to keep up with the competition.

Tata Motors is expected to introduce a new 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine producing 125 PS at 5000 RPM and 225 Nm of torque at 1700-3500 RPM. The engine is likely to get a new dual-clutch automatic transmission. Tata will continue to offer the 1.5-litre diesel engine with the Nexon facelift.

The new Nexon will continue to fight with the Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300 and the likes. Launch is expected this Diwali season.
