2026 Skoda Slavia Facelift Launch In August

Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo

Skoda Auto India is preparing to introduce the updated Slavia by 18th August 2026, with the facelifted sedan likely to receive subtle styling revisions, additional equipment and a new automatic transmission option.

Inside the cabin, the 2026 Skoda Slavia is expected to feature a larger 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster, similar to the unit offered in the Kushaq. The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is likely to be retained, along with the familiar two-spoke steering wheel featuring silver scroll controls. The facelift could also introduce a revised interior colour scheme, updated seat upholstery and front parking sensors.

Skoda may also expand the comfort features available on the Slavia. A rear-seat massage function, already offered on the Kushaq, is expected to make its way to the sedan. Other features are likely to remain unchanged and include an 8-speaker audio system, single-pane sunroof, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, wireless smartphone charging, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and six airbags.

On the outside, the Slavia facelift is expected to receive mild cosmetic updates rather than a complete redesign. The front grille could adopt a new design with an integrated lighting element inspired by the Kushaq, while the headlamps are likely to feature updated LED signatures. Revised front and rear bumpers, along with newly designed alloy wheels, are also expected to be part of the refresh.

Mechanically, the sedan is likely to continue with its existing turbo-petrol engine lineup. These include the 1.0-litre TSI engine producing 115 HP and the 1.5-litre TSI engine developing 150 HP. The 1.0-litre engine is expected to remain available with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.

The key mechanical update could come with the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol variant, which is expected to receive an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox, replacing or joining the current transmission options depending on the variant. The 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission is also expected to remain available.
