The updated Apache RTR 160 4V range is now available at dealerships across India
TVS Motor Company has introduced the updated 2026 Apache RTR 160 4V range in India, expanding the motorcycle’s appeal with added features and more variant options. The latest update focuses on improving everyday usability while retaining the model’s performance-oriented character.
The refreshed lineup now gets a projector headlamp, all-LED lighting setup and an assist and slipper clutch as standard across all variants. These additions are expected to enhance visibility, safety and riding comfort, particularly in city conditions where ease of use plays a crucial role.
The 2026 Apache RTR 160 4V is offered in three variants, priced at Rs. 1,25,440 for the Single Channel ABS version, Rs. 1,30,690 for the Dual Channel ABS with upside-down forks and Rs. 1,37,440 for the top-spec variant featuring USD forks, a TFT display and traction control. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi, and the motorcycle is now available across dealerships in India.
In terms of equipment, the base variant comes with telescopic front suspension, single-channel ABS and a digital LCD console. The mid-spec version introduces USD forks, dual-channel ABS and adjustable levers while retaining the LCD display. The top variant further builds on this with traction control and a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with SmartXonnect connectivity, offering features such as turn-by-turn navigation and call alerts.
Powering the motorcycle is the same engine producing 17.3 BHP, which continues to position it among the more powerful offerings in its class. The inclusion of three ride modes – Sport, Urban and Rain – allows riders to adapt throttle response according to varying riding conditions, adding a layer of versatility to the overall package.
Additional features such as radial tyres and a hydroformed handlebar aim to improve grip and handling precision. With these updates, TVS appears to be strengthening the Apache RTR 160 4V’s position in the segment by offering a more feature-rich and adaptable product without altering its core performance credentials.
