2027 Bentley Flying Spur Revealed, India Bound

Bentley has introduced a refreshed version of its fourth-generation Flying Spur luxury sedan, bringing a series of design, technology and powertrain updates to its flagship four-door model. The latest revisions align the sedan more closely with the design language seen on the newest Continental GT while also expanding the model range.

One of the most notable changes is at the front, where the Flying Spur adopts a new headlamp design inspired by the Continental GT. This marks the first Bentley sedan in more than six decades to move away from the brand’s traditional quad-headlamp arrangement. The updated front fascia also features redesigned air intakes and revised bumper detailing.

Along the profile, Bentley has removed the slim fender vent located behind the front wheels. At the rear, the sedan receives updated LED lighting signatures, a revised boot lid design and fresh wheel options, including new 22-inch designs available on select variants.

The updated Flying Spur line-up now includes five variants, with the return of the Flying Spur S. Positioned below the range-topping Flying Spur Speed, the S introduces a new plug-in hybrid V8 powertrain producing 671 BHP and 930 Nm of torque. Bentley claims the sedan can accelerate from 0-100 km/hr in 3.7 seconds.

In addition to the electrified powertrain, the Flying Spur S comes equipped with adaptive suspension, an electronic limited-slip differential, active anti-roll technology and torque vectoring as standard. Visual distinctions include dark exterior accents such as a black-finished grille, darkened lighting elements, black mirror caps and sportier exhaust finishers.

Inside, Bentley has expanded personalisation options through its new Virtuoso Collection, offering additional upholstery, trim and embroidery choices. Customers can also specify the 21-speaker Naim for Mulliner sound system, previously developed for the limited-production Batur. The premium audio package carries a significant additional cost and is available as an optional extra.

Bentley has confirmed that orders for the updated Flying Spur are now open globally, with customer deliveries scheduled to commence during the fourth quarter of 2026.
