Apollo Two-Wheeler Tyres Launched In India With Acti Series

Apollo has launched Acti series for scooters and motorcycles while the tyres are already on sale at authorised business partners across all the major markets in the country.

The two-wheeler tyres are developed at Apollo’s global R&D centre in Chennai

Apollo has entered the two-wheeler tyre segment in India with its Acti series while the new range of tyres are developed at the company’s local R&D centre in Chennai and it aims at covering 85 percent of the two-wheeler tyre replacement market in India with the products already available at authorised partners in all the major markets of the country.

Apollo has launched the actiGRIP series for rear motorcycle tyres which includes R1 and R2 with block pattern and R3 with a directional pattern. The tyres with block pattern are capable for use on and off-road in city and highway as well while the R3 is suitable for highways and provides better stability at high speeds.

Along with this, Apollo has launched the actiSTEER series for front tyres including F1 with straight rib pattern and actiZIP F2 and F3 with directional pattern which are designed for providing better handling and overtaking capabilities along with better braking stability. These tyres can be used on any kind of terrain.

Apollo also has scooter tyres in the lineup which includes the actiZIP S1 and S2 for front and rear application with directional pattern and S3 and S4 for rear application with block pattern. The company claims that these tyres are designed for traction on all surfaces while delivering rich fuel efficiency.
