Ducati Diavel V4 RS Expected In 2026, Powered By The Desmosedici Stradale V4 Engine
Ducati is working on a more aggressive version of the Diavel. People expect the motorcycle to be called the Diavel V4 RS. The Diavel V4 RS will use the Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, which derives from the Streetfighter and Panigale models.
This information comes from the same document that revealed details regarding the Monster and DesertX, which will utilise the 890cc engines. The document has two mentions of the Diavel V4 RS and confirms that Ducati plans to launch the Power Cruiser in 2026, according to the National Highway Safety Administration from the USA.
The Multistrada V4 RS produces 180 HP and 118 Nm of torque. This is a sizeable jump over the standard Multistrada’s 170 HP and 124 Nm of torque. We expect the Diavel V4 RS to get a reduction, as the standard Diavel weighs 236 Kg.
Ducati has used the RS name twice: Monster S4Rs and Multistrada V4 RS. It is safe to assume that the Diavel V4 RS will be a limited and numbered series. It will be fascinating to see how Ducati enhances the Power Cruiser by incorporating lighter components and increasing its power.
