Ducati To Open First Dealership In Gurgaon, Launch Soon

The upcoming Ducati dealership is located in Sector-34 Gurgaon and could be launched in the coming months, retailing the entire range brought in via the CBU route.

The dealership is operated by AMP Motors that also runs JLR showrooms in Gurgaon

Apart from Ferrari and Maserati, Ducati happened to be another Italian that had its ties severed with third party importer Shreyans Group in the country. The bike maker made an exit from the Indian market in 2013 but was quick to announce a re-entry into the country soon after. Things have finally fallen into place for Ducati since and the performance bike manufacturer is readying up its all-new showroom in Gurgaon that was spotted recently.

Located in sector-34, the under construction showroom is adjacent to the dealership of Indian Motorcycles and will be handled by AMP Motors also known in the vicinity for its Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms. It is believed that bookings for the bikes will commence from the day of inauguration itself with deliveries to follow soon after. The dealership seems capable of housing the entire range of Ducati offerings for display along with the usual lounge areas and merchandise sections.

Ducati’s international lineup comprises of the Monster, Panigale, Diavel, Hypermotard, Multistrada, Streetfighter and the newest Scrambler. The Monster 795 and Scrambler will be the Italian manufacturer’s most affordable offerings with prices starting from Rs. 7.5 lakhs (ex-showroom) competing against the offerings from Kawasaki, Triumph, Suzuki, Yamaha and the likes. The Indian performance bike market is showing positive signs and Ducati would not want to miss out on the growth in the country.

Prices for the Scrambler are expected to start at around Rs. 7 lakhs (ex-showroom)
