The Italian premium bike maker is going through a difficult since Italy is one of the hardest hit countries with COVID-19. Ducati is having production and supply chain issues due to the pandemic.

The much awaited Ducati Streetfighter V4 was scheduled to launch in India this year. However, due to the ongoing worldwide crisis, the launch has been pushed to 2021 as confirmed by company officials.

Even the other Ducati products lined up for India launch for 2020 Q2 will be postponed further.

The Ducati Streetfighter V4 shares most of its mechanicals and electronics with the Ducati Panigale V4. The naked motorcycles has an aggressive stance with muscular styling elements.

Powering the bike is a 1103cc, Desmosedici Stradale engine churning out 208 BHP at 12,750 RPM and 123 Nm of torque at 11,500 RPM.

It comes with a range of features on offer including power modes, riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, slide control, engine brake control, auto tyre calibration, power launch, quick shift, steering damper, etc.

The Ducati Streetfighter V4 is expected to come with a starting price of Rs. 20 lakhs (ex-showroom) in India.
