Honda Shine 100 is their new entry-level motorcycle, price announced

Honda Shine 100 launched with a price tag of Rs. 64,900 (ex-showroom Mumbai). It is Honda’s new 100cc commuter motorcycle to compete with the Hero Splendor.

The Japanese bike maker is accepting bookings for the Shine 100 starting today. The production of the motorcycle will begin by next month. Deliveries of the bike will commence from the month of May 2023.

In terms of styling, it looks like a basic commuter motorcycle but with a bit of a modern touch. It comes with 5-spoke black alloy wheels, sporty cowl, aluminium grab rail, etc.

The basic colour of the bike is black but it comes with 5 different graphic colours including red, blue, green, gold and grey.

The Shine 100 is powered by a 99.7cc, OBD2 compliant, PGM-FI engine producing 7.5 BHP and 8.05 Nm of torque.

It has got a 677 mm long seat, 786 mm seat height, side stand with engine inhibitor, combi brake system, 168 mm ground clearance, 1245 mm wheelbase, etc.

It comes with 3 years of standard warranty and 3 years of optional extended warranty.
